Dallwig Bros. Payment Policies

  • We gladly welcome cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards.
  • We also accept Cash on Delivery and over the phone credit card payments.
  • Accounts are available to licensed and bonded contractors. Contact our staff for a credit application to open an account. Please note: accounts are subject to credit approval.

  • Our company uses different types of equipment to service our customer needs. We have conveyors, cranes and flatbed trucks.
  • Safety comes first at Dallwig Bros. and the information provided to us ensures we can safely deliver materials on time.

    We may ask the following questions:
    • Driveway access? Is the driveway narrow or steep; is it free of any vehicles, RV’s underground utilities or any obstructions on or around the driveway?
    • Is the driveway capable of supporting our vehicle weight? (Our lightest conveyor truck is 26,000 LB/GVW.)
    • If there is no driveway access, we will need someone present at time of delivery to sign a driveway release form to gain proper access.
    • Are there any power lines, wires, trees/tree branches or other foliage blocking clear access?
    • Height and pitch of roof. Due to safety regulations our limitation is a 2 story 8/12 pitch. Any roofs beyond a 2 story 8/12 pitch we will gladly roof edge.
    • If the pitch of the roof exceeds a 5/12 pitch we require boards placed 12” down parallel to the ridge
    • If delivering wallboard materials to a second story, a window must be removed (minimum size of 4’6” X 4’6”) by contractor or homeowner. Also driveway must be able to support our vehicle weight of 58,000 LB/GVW.
    • Any new construction structures must have well graveled access prior to delivery and must be able to support our vehicle weight up to 80,000 LB/GVW.
    • Should our cranes (our industry refers to them as boom trucks.) be required for either roofing or wallboard the working radius around truck is a minimum of 25 feet for safety purposes.

Minimum Orders
Dallwig Bros. minimum order for delivery is 15 squares of roofing or 100 sheets of wallboard.

CraneAdditional Delivery Fees

  • Please note all prices quoted are based on deliveries in the mid Willamette valley. Any deliveries beyond are subject to additional charges.
  • In the event we attempt to deliver material to a jobsite and for any reason it is not ready or not accessible and must be returned to our yard, that delivery will incur an extra delivery fee.
  • Should you have special delivery or loading requirements beyond normal conditions and can they be safely accommodated, contact our staff for the specific charges that may apply for the request.

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to the greater Salem and Keizer areas at no additional charge.
  • Delivery areas subject to delivery/fuel charges:
    • Southern, Central and Northern Coastal area.
    • Portland Metro Area.
    • Vancouver Washington.
    • Eastern Santiam Canyon Area.
    • Eugene Springfield Area.
